Our team is a passionate, innovative & authentic group of experts, nerds, sometimes wannabe athletes but always true to ourselves. We take our work very seriously but we don’t take ourselfs too seriously. We can laugh about each other, we work hard but also know how to celebrate precious moments. Sports is what brings us together alongside all of its values. When the chips are down we roll up our sleeves and get serious.
As said we do things differently. While searching our address on google maps you will quickly realize that our location is definitely different than others. We are based in the middle of nowhere between Tegernsee and Schliersee, south of Munich and very close to the Austrian boarder. For us, it´s the perfect place to work. Outside of the busy city we find our creativity.
Our team members live everywhere. We meet at our office base a couple of days per week. For us, the perfect combination of office time together and a remote set up from everywhere. It gives us 100% flexibility while keeping a strong team spirit.
International with regional roots. We are german natives, love bavarian beer, our culture, the Alps and especially the short distance to Austria & Switzerland. We speak german but like to work globally, oh and have we mentioned beer yet? Heard of germany efficiency? Let us give you an example: we choose to communicate in English so we don’t have to create the same document twice.
Not all topics can be implemented internally from our team, which is why we love to work together with our big network of great freelancers that perfectly fit into the team.
We love to do most of the work ourselves, but that doesn't mean we have to do. Our big network of incredible freelancers that fit our values, gives us the opportunity to create projects of every scale on the highest level.
